Empowerment through Mentorship and Coaching
Our Grand Guidance Program is here to support members to reach their ultimate goal of economic stability. There is a proven connection between achievement and self-efficacy, the belief within you that you have the capacity to do what you want. One of the best ways to gain this belief is to be exposed to people you can relate with. It is a mirror view from the aspect of who you are, your race, gender, economic background, and all other factors that make you, you.
The premise of our Mentorship program is to provide first-hand exposure to fields such as nursing, real estate brokerage, business owners, project managers, clinicians, counselors, and engineers. Our mentors are able to provide in-depth information about their experience while achieving their educational or professional goals. They will walk their mentees through a day in their professional life and answer looming questions to which only they can provide answers. At the end of this program, the mentee will be able to make an informed decision as to if they are making the correct decision regarding their career path. The desired outcome is that the mentor and mentee relationship will continue building a community of support and foster a sense of belonging.
Our Coaching program is designed to be a catalyst for our members to achieve their goals and ignite their inner flame. We provide life, education, and career coaching that provides guidance and support. The coaching process is one of commitment and dedication to a specific outcome.
A member can be involved in both our coaching and mentorship programs at the same time. These programs are complementary to each other and are meant to ensure our members can obtain and sustain economic stability.
